We first run a diagnostic team scan and then tailor the service to the requirements of the teams. This service is particularly suitable for organisational C-Suites as well as for teams and includes the provision of individual Executive Coaching sessions.
Individual sessions are 50-minutes and may be in-person and/or virtually. Virtual sessions are audio-visual.
The initial Assessment session is complimentary. Subsequent sessions become chargeable. We request that the client commits to 6 sessions in the first instance, but this is desirable and not mandatory.
